All Looped by Liv products are handmade individually. Because of the handmade nature of our products, there may be small variations in colour, size, shape and appearance between items.

We make every effort to ensure that product photographs and descriptions accurately represent the products. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£).

The price shown at checkout is the price you will pay for the product, together with any applicable delivery charges.

Payment must be completed before your order is processed.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

We are happy to accept custom order requests where possible.

Submitting a custom order request does not automatically confirm an order.

Once we receive your request, we will check the availability of the requested colours, materials and design. We will then contact you to confirm whether we can fulfil the request and provide the final price.

A custom order will only be confirmed once the design, price and other relevant details have been agreed and payment has been received.

Because custom orders are made specifically to the customer's requirements, custom-made or personalised items may not be eligible for cancellation simply because you have changed your mind, subject to your statutory rights.

If we are unable to source your requested materials or fulfil your requested design, we will let you know before payment is taken.

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation email containing details of your purchase.

Orders are delivered using Royal Mail.

Delivery charges and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where tracking is available, your tracking information will be provided.

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the website or otherwise agreed with you.

If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you where appropriate.

We currently offer free UK delivery on orders over £70, subject to the terms displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

At this time, Looped by Liv does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

However, customers purchasing standard products online may have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. This statutory cancellation right applies where required by UK consumer law and is not affected by this policy.

If you wish to exercise your statutory cancellation right, please contact us at loopedbyliv.orders@gmail.com within the applicable cancellation period. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise.

Refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or is not as described, please contact us at loopedbyliv.orders@gmail.comas soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the issue and, where required by law, provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Custom and personalised items are made specifically to the customer's requested specifications.

Because of this, custom-made or personalised items may be excluded from the normal 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right under applicable consumer law.

However, custom and personalised items remain covered by your statutory consumer rights. If a custom item is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the required legal standards, please contact us and we will deal with the issue in accordance with applicable law.

Please note that submitting a custom order request does not create a confirmed order. A custom order is only confirmed once the design, price and other relevant details have been agreed and payment has been received.

Our products are handmade individually rather than mass-produced.

Small variations between products are a natural part of handmade production and do not necessarily indicate a fault, provided the product remains as described and meets the required quality and purpose.

All photographs, logos, branding, product descriptions and other original content on the Looped by Liv website belong to Looped by Liv unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify or use this content commercially without our permission.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version applicable to your purchase will be the version available on our website at the time your order is placed.
